Delete my FEELGOOW account

You can delete your account and all your data at any time, from the app or by email. Here is how, and what happens next.

From the app

  1. Open FEELGOOW and go to your profile.
  2. Tap “Delete my account”.
  3. Enter your current password.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm, then validate.

Without the app, by email

Write to us from your account’s email address at support@feelgoow.com, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm the deletion by reply.

What happens

  • Your account is deactivated right away and you are signed out on all your devices.
  • Within 7 days, we permanently erase: your Feels, photos, voice notes, messages, reactions, relationships and your Nucleus.
  • Encrypted backup copies are erased after about six months at the latest.

Before you go

Remember to export your data if you want to keep it. If you only want us to stop processing your feelings, you can withdraw your consent in your profile, without deleting your account.
