These terms explain how to use FEELGOOW. By creating an account, you accept them. Read them together with the Privacy Policy, which explains how we protect your data.
1. The service
FEELGOOW is an app that helps you note how you feel (your Feels), follow your feelings over time and, if you want, share them with the people you choose. You can also ask your Nucleus, your trusted people, for support.
FEELGOOW is published by mediabos (Belgium).
2. Who can use FEELGOOW?
- You must be 18 or over.
- One account per person. Your account is personal: do not share it and keep your password to yourself.
- The information in your account must be accurate. Do not pretend to be someone else.
3. Community rules
On FEELGOOW, everyone should be able to feel safe. It is forbidden to:
- harass, threaten, intimidate or humiliate anyone;
- post hateful or discriminatory content;
- share sexual content without the consent of the people involved;
- exploit, endanger or sexualise children in any way. Zero tolerance: the account is closed and the facts are reported to the authorities;
- post or encourage violence;
- encourage anyone to hurt themselves or to self-harm;
- send spam or unsolicited advertising;
- impersonate another person or an organisation.
4. Reporting, blocking and moderation
- You can report content or a person and block someone directly in the app.
- We review reports and may remove content that breaks these rules.
- Depending on how serious it is, we may suspend or close an account.
- Illegal content, in particular content that puts a child in danger, is reported to the competent authorities.
5. FEELGOOW is not a medical device
FEELGOOW is not a medical device. The app makes no diagnosis and does not replace a health professional.
In an emergency, or if your safety or someone else’s is in danger, call 112.
6. Your content
What you post (Feels, texts, photos, voice messages, messages) remains yours.
You only give us a limited permission to store, display and transmit this content, and only to run the service, according to your visibility settings. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to the periods described in the Privacy Policy.
Only post content you have the right to share.
7. Liability
We do our best to make FEELGOOW work well and safely, but we cannot guarantee a service without interruptions or errors.
You are responsible for what you post. We are not responsible for content posted by other members, but we act as soon as content that breaks these rules is reported to us.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
8. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile). Your data is then erased as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may also close an account that does not respect these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. If there is an important change, we will let you know in the app and ask you to accept them again before you continue.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. If there is a disagreement, we will first try to find an amicable solution with you.
